Development of New Marine Proteins

  • Fermentation optimization
    In order to increase the yield and stability of multiple parallel fermenters, we ensure that all fermentation processes are optimized.
  • Final formulation and professional upscale
    We offer our customers the flexibility to choose the final formulation of the product, including: spray drying, lyophilization and fixation. In addition, we also have bioreactors from 1L to 1000L.
  • Downstream processing and purification
    All of our products undergo downstream processing such as cell separation, homogenization, flocculation and centrifugation. Rigorous purification methods are then applied: centrifugation, microfiltration and ultrafiltration, chromatography and precipitation.
